Each instructor is a National Registry Food Safety Professional, ServSafe, and Prometric Registered Trainer. The Boston
School is approved by the Inter-jurisdictional committee on food-service manager certification. All Boston School instructors
have years of professional management experience in the food service industry, which is valuable in applying theoretical concepts
to practical work place applications.
