The Boston School of Food Safety is proud to feature food safety education and certification programs for employees and managers from Prometric, The National Registry of Food Safety Professional (NRFSP), utilizing training materials from ServSafe of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
The Boston School can customize the content for either fo these excellent programs to meet the specifis training needs of your orgainzation.  Instructions and course materials are currently available in ENGLISN, SPANISH, CHINESE,KOREAN AND THAI.

Certified Alcohol Handler Training and Exam
The Boston School currently offers the national Restaurant Association Education foundation ServSafe Alcohol Program.  Our training program is designed to train all members of an establishment including owners, managers, servers, hosts, valets, bouncers, coat checkers, etc.  Our program gives you information on understanding aclohol law and your responsibility, recognizing and preventing intoxication, checking identification, and handling difficult situations.  Instruction and course materials are currently available in ENGLISH.

Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)

Increasingly, regulatory agencies are requiring food service operations to have working HACCP plans and HACCP flow charts in place.  A HACCP plan is a written document that defines the formal procedures for following hazard analysis critical control points principles for potentially hazardous foods prepared and served in an establishment.  The Boston School will help you design a comprehensive plan that will be effective, user friendly, and comply with all regulations.
